Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Gin
• 2 cl. Grapefruit juice
• 3 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 2 cl. Apricot Liquor
• 1 Dash of Strawberry Liquor

• 1.5 Oz Gin
• 0.5 Oz Grapefruit juice
• 1 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 Oz Apricot Liquor
• 1 Dash of Strawberry Liquor

Cocktail directions

• Shake over ice cubes without the strawberry liqueur, shake and pour with a few ice cubes, pour in a dash of strawberry liqueur.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with pineapple.
