Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 0,5 cl. Strawberry juice
• 0,5 cl. Coconut Milk

• 0.2 Oz Strawberry juice
• 0.2 Oz Coconut Milk

Cocktail directions

• Add all the ingredients.
• Mix to emulsify the coconut milk well.

Cocktail service

Serve chilled, with a little crushed ice

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.

Bartender's tips

Serve with a slotted strawberry inserted into the rim of the glass and a mini tagada skewer suspended over the edges of the glass
