Dubonnet Highball Cocktail

DUBONNET HIGHBALL

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 5 cl. Dubonnet
• 9 cl. Gin

• 1.5 Oz Dubonnet
• 3 Oz Gin

Cocktail directions

• Prepare directly in a whiskey glass containing ice cubes.
• Mix and add very cold sparkling water.
• Mix again but very gently.

Cocktail service

Serve with a lemon zest.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.
