DIAMOND FIZZ
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Pineapple Juice
- 3 Oz Gin
- Sugar
- Sparkling Water
Cocktail directions
- Prepare in a mixing glass with ice.
- Fill a whiskey glass two-thirds full, add very cold sparkling water and mix gently.
Cocktail service
Served in an old-fashioned glass.
Bartender's tips
Decorate with a piece of grapefruit peel.
