Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 2 cl. Cognac
• 4 cl. Coffee Liquor
• 4 cl. Milk

• 1 Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 0.5 Oz Cognac
• 1.5 Oz Coffee Liquor
• 1.5 Oz Milk

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Sugar, Egg, Cognac, Coffee Liquor, Milk.

Cocktail service

In a shaker.
Serve in a tumbler with ice cubes.
Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
