• Champagne

• 0.5 Oz Peach Juice
• 0.2 Oz Amaretto
• 0.2 Oz Anisette
• 1 Oz Cognac
• Champagne

• Shake, serve and complete with champagne.

Served in a champagne flute.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with an orange zest, a cherry stuck with a stick in the middle placed on the rim of the glass, add a mint leaf.
