CITRON VERT GIVRE

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Scoop of Lime Sorbet
• 2 cl. Grapefruit juice
• 2 cl. Mint Syrup

• 1 Scoop of Lime Sorbet
• 0.5 Oz Grapefruit juice
• 0.5 Oz Mint Syrup

Cocktail directions

• Pour the ingredients with crushed ice into a blender and mix well, serve in a champagne glass and add two ice cubes.

Cocktail service

With a bender.

Served in a champagne glass.

Bartender's tips

Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve with a short straw.
