For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. Red Martini
• 4 cl. Cognac

• 0.5 Oz Red Martini
• 1.5 Oz Cognac

Cocktail directions

• In the mixing glass filled with ice cubes mix with the spoon, serve.

Cocktail service

In a mixing glass with ice cubes.
Serve in a cocktail glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a cherry stuck with a toothpick at the bottom of the glass.
