CAFÉ CALYPSO
A coffee with rum, cream and almond flavor.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 3.5 Oz Hot Coffee
- 0.5 Oz Amaretto
- 0.5 Oz Dark Rum
- Whipped Cream
Cocktail directions
- Heat all the ingredients over low heat in a saucepan, avoiding boiling.
- Serve very hot in a large cup.
- Sweeten to taste.
- Top with Whipped Cream.
Cocktail service
Served in a Collins glass.
