Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 12 cl. Tomato juice
• 5 cl. Cold Beef Consommé
• 2 cl. Lemon Juice
• 4 Traits Tabasco
• 1 Egg
• Celery salt

• 4 Oz Tomato juice
• 1.5 Oz Cold Beef Consommé
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 4 Traits Tabasco
• 1 Egg
• Celery salt

Cocktail directions

• Put the ice cubes in the shaker and pour in the ingredients.
• Shake and pour into a glass.
• The beef broth can be replaced with instant broth and tablets.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a stalk of celery and a slice of lemon.
