Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 6 cl. Apple Brandy
• 2 cl. Sugar syrup
• 2 Dashes of Angostura
• 1 Lemon slice

• 2 Oz Apple Brandy
• 0.5 Oz Sugar syrup
• 2 Dashes of Angostura
• 1 Lemon slice

Cocktail directions

• Shake the ingredients in a shaker, then strain into the glass.
• Barely squeeze the half slice of lemon and place it at the bottom of the glass.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
