Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 6 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 Passion Fruit
• 1,5 cl. Raspberry syrup

• 2 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 Passion Fruit
• 0.5 Oz Raspberry syrup

Cocktail directions

• Put ice cubes in a shaker.
• Pour in the rum and pineapple juice.
• Mix and serve in a glass.
• Add half of a passion fruit and the raspberry syrup.

Cocktail service

In a shaker with crushed ice.
Serve in a cocktail glass with ice cubes.

Bartender's tips

Put the raspberry syrup in a syringe placed in the glass
