Ingredients

• 6 cl. White Rum
• 1 cl. Triple Sec
• 2 cl. Lemon Juice
• 2 cl. Fresh Cream
• 1 cl. Milk
• 1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
• 1 Banana

• 2 Oz White Rum
• 0.5 Oz Triple Sec
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Oz Fresh Cream
• 0.5 Oz Milk
• 1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
• 1 Banana

Cocktail directions

• Blend at low speed with crushed ice to obtain a smooth mixture, pour into a cooled balloon.

Cocktail service

With a bender.

Served in a wine glass.

Serve with a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.
