Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Sugar
• 8 cl. Apple Juice
• 2 cl. Lime juice

• 1 Sugar
• 2.5 Oz Apple Juice
• 0.5 Oz Lime juice

Cocktail directions

• Place a sugar cube in the shaker, cover with peach syrup, let sit for a few moments.
• Crush the sugar cube.
• Pour in the apple juice and lime juice and add the ice cubes.

Cocktail service

In a shaker with ice cubes.
Serve in a rocks glass with ice cubes.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a thin slice of apple placed in the glass.
