Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 cl. Sugar Cane Syrup
• 10 cl. Brut Champagne

• 0.5 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup
• 3.5 Oz Brut Champagne

Cocktail directions

• Place the Imperial Mandarin at the bottom of the flute.
• Then pour in the cane sugar syrup (you can modify the quantity according to your wishes).
• Wait until the last moment to add the cold, brut champagne.
• And There you go !

Cocktail service

Without a shaker, serve in a champagne flute or a glass, whichever you like.

Bartender's tips

The champagne must be very cold! Do not hesitate to modify the quantities according to your tastes, to obtain a cocktail that is more or less strong in alcohol or sweet.
