Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. Tequila
• 1 cl. Coffee Liquor

• 0.5 Oz Tequila
• 0.5 Oz Coffee Liquor

Cocktail directions

• Mix the crème de cocoa and tequila in a glass then transfer half into another glass.
• Pour the kahlua to make a layer.
• Pour in the other half of the tequila-cream of cocoa mixture.
• Pour the blue curacao in a circle.
• Pour the blackberry cream into one point.

Cocktail service

Say hajime before enjoying the cocktail (Hajime is a term in Japanese martial arts which means ?Begin?).
Then drink in one gulp! Give a kiai (combat cry that precedes or accompanies the application of a technique) at the end of the tasting!

Served in a shot glass.
