Cucumber Special Cocktail

CUCUMBER SPECIAL

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Cucumber
• 5 cl. Lemon Juice
• 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
• 1 Litre Bitter Lemon
• 50 cl. Sparkling Water

• 1 Cucumber
• 1.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
• 1 Litre Bitter Lemon
• 17 Oz Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Peel the cucumber.
• Cut it into rounds.
• Put it with the sugar and lemon in a punch bowl.
• Leave to macerate for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
• When serving, add the bitter lemon and sparkling water.

Cocktail service

Directly into the glass.

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
