Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 6 cl. Carrot Juice
• Ginger Beer

• 2 Oz Carrot Juice
• Ginger Beer

Cocktail directions

• Place all the ingredients except the ginger beer in a shaker.
• Add ice cubes, shake and strain into the empty glass using a Hawthorne strainer.
• Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with ginger beer.
• Decorate with edible flowers and serve.

Cocktail service

In a shaker with crushed ice.
Serve in a highball glass/Tumbler.

Bartender's tips

Garnish the glass with edible flowers.
